（一）設備用途：我公司生產的ＹＱ-450型破膠機主要用于將粗碎后的橡膠膠塊進行進一步破碎，將鋼絲和橡膠分離，最終得到10-30目左右的膠粒或膠粉，是鋼絲胎膠粉生產專用的破碎設備。

（二）設備構成：底座，機架，前后輥筒，減速機，電動機，安全墊片，潤滑系統，傳動系統，調溫裝置和電氣控制系統等。

（三）特點：①減速機采用NGW型行星減速機，傳動功率大，效率高，噪聲低，使用壽命長，質保期一年；②機架采用鑄鋼材料，具有足夠的強度和剛度，質保期一年；③輥筒采用鑄鋼材料，工作面采用耐磨焊材焊接而成，表面堅硬耐磨，內部強度高抗彎曲抗折斷，軸位硬化處理，提高了耐磨能力，使用壽命長，克服了一般輥筒焊后開裂、漏水、掉塊、斷輥的弊病,輥筒一年內正常使用折斷保換；④輥溫調節系統采用開放式調溫系統，通過向輥筒內注入冷卻水來調節輥溫以滿足工藝要求，結構簡單，冷卻效果好，水溫檢測方便，不易堵塞等優點。⑤該機較傳統XKP-450破膠機進行了提速，提高了生產效率。⑥設計合理，性能穩定，品質卓越，操作方便，使用壽命長，低噪音，無污染，是理想的環保再生資源設備。
